Custom logo jacquard webbing samples for branded apparel development

Branded apparel

Custom Jacquard Webbing for Branded Apparel

Turn logos, lettering, stripes and repeat artwork into a woven trim that remains readable, sewable and consistent with the garment’s brand direction.

Artwork-to-weave development

Design the Branding for a Woven Construction

Artwork that works on screen may need controlled simplification, repeat planning and yarn choices before it can become a clear woven result.

01

Logo and Repeat

Confirm readable detail, orientation, repeat length, spacing and whether the reverse side will remain visible in the garment.

02

Width, Structure and Hand

Match the construction to the available width, stitch path, fold and required softness or firmness instead of scaling artwork without review.

03

Colour and Approval

Separate artwork approval from the physical sample that confirms yarn colour, woven edge, hand, repeat and appearance under production conditions.

Relevant product directions

Start With the Component Family

Compare the product directions most often reviewed for this application, then confirm the construction against your actual assembly and use conditions.

Buyer questions

Questions to Resolve Before Sampling

What artwork format is best for jacquard webbing?

Vector artwork is the most useful starting point because shapes, lettering and repeat can be reviewed clearly. Also provide the finished width and minimum readable detail; the weaving plan should be approved before the physical sample.

Why can a woven logo differ from the screen artwork?

Yarn count, weave structure, width and repeat limit the available detail. A controlled woven interpretation often produces a clearer result than attempting to copy every small graphic element literally.

What should the approved jacquard sample record?

Record artwork revision, orientation, repeat, width, material, yarn colours, edge, face and reverse appearance, hand, sewing direction and any care or abrasion checks relevant to the garment.
