01Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we may collect your full name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country or region, product requirements, quantity, dimensions, intended use, target date, message and reference images or design files you choose to upload. For a submitted inquiry, we also record the current page, first landing page, referring page and campaign identifiers included in the link (UTM values and, when present, Google or Microsoft click IDs). If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics 4 separately collects pages and referral sources, approximate location, device and browser information, and a fixed set of non-personally-identifying interaction and inquiry-funnel events. We do not send inquiry text, contact details or attachments to GA4. We also process limited technical, security and delivery logs needed to operate and protect the website.
02How we use information
We use personal information to answer inquiries, evaluate specifications, prepare quotations, support sampling and production discussions, maintain business records, prevent abuse and improve the reliability of our website and customer service. Limited inquiry-source data preserves the context of a submitted inquiry. With your optional-cookie consent, aggregated GA4 analytics helps us understand page use and the inquiry journey. We do not use this data for advertising, ad personalisation or cross-site profiling.
03Legal bases
Depending on your location, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a B2B business, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where consent is required for optional technology.
04Who receives information
Information may be shared with authorised YCZD personnel and the service providers needed to handle your request. SiteGround hosts our website and CRM. Submitted inquiry details and attachments are stored in our CRM, and Google Apps Script prepares Gmail drafts for manual review; the website does not automatically send these drafts. Google also provides GA4 analytics, enabled only after optional-cookie consent. Information may be shared with professional advisers or authorities when legally required. We do not sell or rent personal information.
05International transfers
Our operations and service providers may process information outside your country, including in China and the United States. Where required, we use reasonable contractual, organisational and technical safeguards for international transfers.
06How long we keep information
Inquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an order, legal duty or dispute requires a longer period. Security logs are retained for shorter operational periods. Analytics data is retained according to the GA4 Property settings and applicable law. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
07Your privacy rights

08Security
We apply reasonable access, transport-security and service-provider controls designed to protect inquiry data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented clearly on the website.
